Open in Excel Not visible in D365 FO

We have seen issues on multiple projects recently with the ‘Open in Excel’ options not visible (from blank/MST databases).
Resolution : 
The fix for both of these was to toggle the ‘Internet connectivity enabled’ flag on the Client performance options, disable, save, enable, save.

This happened on both a 10.0.22 and a 10.0.24 database.
